xBench is a platform for the testing and evaluation of cloud computing services. It relies on multi-tier and fine-grained system monitoring tools, and utilizes both theoretical and experimental methodologies for testing system availability, robustness, efficiency, and interoperability so as to create an integrated evaluation platform. xBench provides open service infrastructure, service consolidators, online testing benchmarks, and Web-based user-interfaces.
