Paper Submission Requirements
Abstract / Papers submitted to APCloudCC must be original and previously unpublished. It is expected that they will describe original research, new ideas, promising approaches, useful applications, practices and experiences of the areas outlined in the scope of the conference.
Abstract submission received will be reviewed by a panel. If acceptable, author have to prepare the full paper for final review on or before August 31, 2012.
Papers submitted will undergo a review process by independent reviewers who are knowledgeable in the pertinent subject area.
Paper accepted for presentation must be presented by one of its authors; either in an oral presentation or poster session. All presenting authors must registered on or before the Registration Deadline for their paper to be listed in the Conference Proceedings.
The APCloudCC Conference Proceedings will be published under the IEEE Conference Publications Program. All papers published in the APCloudCC Proceedings would be indexed by IEEEXplore. Abstracts would be published separately as part of the conference program. According to the current IEEE & EI agreement, all the accepted papers would be index and searchable in the EI
Paper Formatting ：
Authors MUST submit their papers by Microsoft Word conforming to the IEEE Xplore Requirements. The document must not be encrypted, locked or otherwise write-protected. We request Word format submission for reviewers to suggest editing feedback back to author, if any.
Please note that you CANNOT change the title of the paper and the authors of the reviewed paper once the paper is submitted.

§ All papers must be in English
§ All papers must start with an abstract of 250 words or less.
§ Double-check the paper size in your page setup to make sure you are using the A4 size paper layout (210 x 297mm)
§ Papers should be within 4 pages and must not be more than 6 pages (Additional Charge applied)
§ Do not number pages
§ Figures and tables must be labeled with clear captions

Please print your paper and proof read it to ensure that all of the formatting has come out correctly. Papers that do not meet the requirements will not be considered.
